From Logic to Throughput with Dash®:
How Intelligent Scheduling Works for Urology Groups

Join your LUGPA peers on this Innovation Theater program, From Logic to Throughput with Dash®: How Intelligent Scheduling Works for Urology Groups, sponsored by Relatient on May 13, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET. Urology groups manage some of the most complex scheduling environments in healthcare. With so many provider-specific rules, many practices still rely on staff to interpret those rules in real time while handling high call volumes and a wide range of patient needs. This often leads to preventable errors, inconsistent patient experiences, and added strain on teams that are already stretched.

Attendees will see how Dash® by Relatient applies each provider’s rules and preferences consistently across the call center, Voice AI, and online self-scheduling. This creates a unified scheduling journey for patients and allows practices to shift more volume to Voice AI and online scheduling without losing accuracy. Leaders will leave with a clearer understanding of how consistent rule application supports predictable scheduling, reduces manual decision making, and strengthens throughput across every access channel.
