The 2024 Las Vegas Regional Meeting will take place at 
The Wynn, Las Vegas, NV | June 7-8, 2024

LUGPA's regional meetings offer unique, cutting edge content to better navigate the changing healthcare landscape. These intimate forums provide opportunities to engage key opinion leaders and peers on timely issues in practice and clinical management. 

This program is designed for urologists, practice administrators, advanced practice providers, and other key practice staff. Send a staff person who has never attended a LUGPA meeting! Invite your clinical staff, operations, finance, and human resources staff! 

Our Regional Meeting allows LUGPA members to gather in a small setting to commiserate, network and compare notes on running a successful urology practice.

MEETING AGENDA 

Sports writer Ross Bernstein will kick off the meeting. A best-selling author, Ross Bernstein is also a peak-performance business speaker who examines what makes champions in sports and relates those qualities to business successes. 

This highly-interactive program consists of both roundtable and panel discussions and encourages session participants to share their best practices, anecdotes and practical tips on how to increase operational efficiency and improve patient care. 

Knowledgeable speakers will discuss resilience and how to address burnout, and best practices to recruit, onboard and mentor your advanced practice providers. We will have an advanced practice provider panel discuss the current and future landscape of performing urologic procedures. Finally, we are pleased to offer an illuminating session on "Workplace Love Languages: What You Say & What Your Coworkers Hear," where we explore the intricacies of effective communication, emotional intelligence, and deep-level diversity.

STAY after the meeting to get SOCIAL at the Poolside Reception 
After the program, LUGPA will host a poolside reception at the Wynn’s Sunset Terrace, Saturday afternoon from 4:30 to 6 pm. Cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres will be served.
